SYNOPSIS: Everyone’s favorite classic holiday tale gets the fractured fairy-tale treatment. All the famous fairy-tale characters take on all of the memorable roles of Dickens’s A Christmas Carol. You’ll never know who will show up next as the Big Bad Wolf (as Ebenezer Scrooge) meets his old business partner Jacob Midas (Marley), who could turn anything to gold. This fun-filled adaptation stays true to the warmth and heart of the classic.
ABOUT YOUTH THEATER: The Youth Theater is a semester class directed by Diana Rodriguez. Designed to teach young actors about Theater Etiquettes, Building Character, Creating Believable Environments, Utilizing Props, responsibility, respect, and FUN, FUN, FUN. Meets Saturdays from 10am-12pm. 100% commitment. Actors will receive credits for performance.
ABOUT THE AUDITION: Auditions will be by appointment only and you will be notified same day.
Once notified you must register and pay the $50.00 Registration fee to hold the child’s spot if you are new to PASA. If you are a returning student a deposit of $50.00 must be made to hold your spot.
Registration/Deposit is due upon notification.
Tuition is due on the 1st of the each month and must be paid in full by Nov. 15th.
Total Semester cost is $400.00, which includes costuming. Payment plan is optional.
VOLUNTEERS: ages 13 to HS, learn stage managing, sound/light tech, costuming, props, hair, makeup etc. Get your Volunteer hours. If you’re interested email the director at pasadirect@hotmail.com for an interview. 100% commitment required.
Show is Dec. 6th with a second possible showing on Dec. 7th. “Ticketed event” all tickets are $10.00. Cast will receive 2 Complimentary tickets.
