Ray Bengston
Ray is a multi-threat. He’s been a professional working actor the past 35 years and has made his mark as a Director, Producer, Editor and Teacher. He has used his knowledge when developing and teaching acting and Improv classes for Warner Brothers, Disney,Dreamquest, Divisek Casting and the SAG Conservatory. Ray is one of the top headshot and publicity photographers in Los Angeles, and has been for the past 34 years. He has photographed for SAG, AFTRA, Equity and Disney. His work has been seen in major magazines such as People and TV Guide. Ray just shot the 14th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards. Leading LA Agents, Managers and Producers recommend Ray for his ability to make actors feel comfortable and relaxed, weaving a productive and creative environment. Photographing newcomers to celebrities, Ray has contributed to acting books such as “Acting Is Everything” by Judy Kerr and “Hit the Ground Running” by Carolyne Barry. Barbara joined the company in June, 1975. She studied acting with Lee and Anna Strasberg, giving her real insight when working with actors. She’s been teaching since 1978 and when it comes to coaching acting, Barbara has the ability to pull out the right performance for the right medium. She has extensive experience casting commercials, industrials, print, feature films, television, and voice-overs and has cast for many of the best in the business, working with hundreds of award-winning Directors. Barbara has completed more than 4,000 projects on the national and international level and has an incredible amount of experience casting, giving many well known actors their first job. The quality and range of Directors and Advertising Agencies she works with is proof of her talent in the casting arena. Barbara has also worked as an Agent and Manager in Los Angeles, so she knows the business from all sides, inside and out. She has helped hundreds of actors market themselves, opening many doors and opportunities for the actors, both new and established.
